The Villa Casale Montecchio is approached along a magnificent 200 year old cypress tree avenue. The Villa is in the centre of the private wine estate of Villa D'Arceno, its highest point. It enjoys views across olive groves & vineyards to surrounding hill villages & beyond to Siena, Monte Amiata & the Ambra Valley.
The Villa was reconstructed according to historical archives using local craftsmen & authentic raw materials, on its original site which dates back to the 11th Century. Traditional features have been faithfully interpreted including chestnut beamed ceilings, cotto floors & Tuscan style kitchens with travertine worksurfaces.
The rental houses were planned with the quality rental market in mind. Each was developed so as to maximise privacy, and has its own outlook, garden, generous outside terrace, teak and wrought iron garden furniture, BBQ and dedicated covered parking. Great attention to detail has gone into equipping and furnishing the houses to give them a real sense of being 'home from home' in standards of comfort and amenity offered.
